Responsibilities

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field AND 6+ years related experience (e.g., statistics, predictive analytics, research)
OR Master's Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years related experience (e.g., statistics, predictive analytics, research)
OR Doctorate in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years related experience (e.g., statistics, predictive analytics, research)
OR equivalent experience
1+ year(s) people management experience
3+ years combined experience in data science and/or engineering - demonstrating foundational knowledge of both data science and ML (Machine Learning) operations
3+ years experience in shipping and supporting large-scale computing data science products, features, or content

Preferred

3+ years experience with fraud/security
Experience designing and executing on secure initiatives for ML (Machine Learning) Ops (Operations) and research tooling
Experience with developing generative AI (Artificial Intelligence) in a COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) efficient manner
Experience working across multiple product teams to deliver combined innovations and features
Experience representing innovative work across the greater organization and/or the industry
Experience translating complex business problems into prioritized, results-driven team objectives
Able to deliver impact through collaborative work across organizational boundaries
Able to positively influence organizational culture and attract and retain great people
Able to work in an agile environment balancing committed work with emerging innovative solutions
