Responsibilities

Serve as the first line of support for internal users

Maintain daily tickets to ensure the highest service levels are maintained

Manage IT support requests or escalate problems to IT Management when necessary

Troubleshoot, resolve, and document hardware and software issues as they arise

Troubleshoot and resolve issues with both android and iOS mobile devices

Configure and maintain hardware, including computer systems, phone systems, printers, and network devices

Provide technical support and guidance to end users with hardware and software use

Assist IT team with ongoing projects

Work independently and travel to jobsites if necessary

Required

Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Information Technology or a related field

Experience troubleshooting Windows based computer systems

Knowledge of computer hardware components and their function relative to the overall operation of the equipment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience with Microsoft Excel and other Office applications recommended

Display a high level of initiative, effort, and commitment towards completing assignments in a timely manner

Ability to identify problems and use sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives

Effective communication skills, interpersonal and organizational skills, and a strong work ethic
