Responsibilities
Assist in managing daily calendars, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving abilities to adjust or prioritize schedules based on last-minute changes.
Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements for select team members.
Facilitating expense reporting processes.
Supporting staff meetings, teleconferences, global leadership off-sites and other events.
Supporting all Facilities activities for the team.

Required
7+ years administrative assistant experience supporting multiple executives
Heavy travel and calendaring experience
Ability to think quickly and change direction as needed to meet deadlines
MAC Experience Preferred
Degree preferred, minimum high school diploma or GED required
