Responsibilities
Develop and execute compelling design concepts for print, retail, signage, social, labeling, and digital.
Designing and setting brand guidelines and brand extension to elevate brands.
Updating and maintaining style guidelines.
Design expertise in typography, content hierarchy, and print literature, ensuring all materials are visually appealing and effectively communicate key messages.
Developing design systems.
Collaborate closely with marketing, product management, and sales teams to translate business objectives into engaging visual solutions.
Create visual assets for marketing campaigns, product launches, social media, and other promotional materials.

Required
7+ years’ experience working within design.
Experience in both a B2B and B2C environment, with the ability to tailor designs for different audiences.
Experience designing for luxury/real estate and/or architecture brands.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work autonomously
Flexibility to adapt to evolving processes and contribute to their development.
