Responsibilities
Programming multiple types of computer automated sheet metal fabrication machines
Collaborating with engineering and operations teams
Reviewing technical drawings to develop cutting paths and bending programs
Evaluating new parts for manufacturability and making practical recommendations
Ensuring quality and efficiency of production

Required
Previous experience working in a similar manufacturing setting
Familiarity with CNC programming of turret punches
Skilled at troubleshooting technical problems
Ability to work independently and follow directions
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
3 + years as a CNC programmer
Familiarity with Prima Power Shear Brilliance or EBe Express Bender machines
Familiarity with CAM programming software such as SigmaNest, NC Express, or MasterBend
Experience with SolidWork, MasterCam, Siemens NX and AutoCAD
Some experience with Fanuc controllers
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Basic machine and CAD experience
