Responsibilities

Review, abstract, and perform quality control audits of property documents

Maintain lease information and data in technology systems

Manage document retrieval/storage and mail distribution

Conduct audits of financial reports and resolve discrepancies with landlords

Process monthly rents accurately and on time

Coordinate with internal stakeholders globally

Oversee subtenant process including rent collection and invoice reconciliations

Communicate real estate policies, procedures, and critical dates to stakeholders

Request and process certificates of insurance

Review Estoppels and Subordination Non-Disturbance Agreements

Respond to property inquiries from stakeholders and landlords

Maintain landlord and subtenant relationships

Establish task priorities and create schedules

Assist with financial reports and special projects

Partner with transition team for new account setup

Provide guidance to other Portfolio Administration Coordinators

Stay updated on industry standards and trends

Real Estate Lease TerminologyFinancial TermsMS Office Suite

Required

High School diploma or GED required

Bachelor’s Degree preferred in any field; business, finance/real estate, accounting ideal

Ability to understand, interpret, and abstract complex real estate lease terminology

Working knowledge of financial terms

Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
