Responsibilities

Serve as a mentor and guide to more junior analysts, fostering a collaborative team environment and enhancing professional development.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements for internal projects and initiatives.

Develop and maintain agile-based project documentation, including business requirements, scope documentation, process/activity diagrams, and other relevant documentation.

Conduct interviews/facilitate workshops to identify business process improvement candidates, explore potential improvements, and document current and future state processes.

Build and cultivate relationships, foster a culture of collaboration while partnering with stakeholders to increase stakeholder buy-in and engagement.

Act as the liaison between business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technical/web teams.

Participate in testing activities by facilitating UAT, including test case/script development, test execution, and defect management.

Partner with interdepartmental teams in support of project and enhancement delivery.

Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on emerging trends and best practices.

Proactively contribute ideas and suggestions for enhancing the effectiveness of processes and practices.

Required

5+ years of experience as a business analyst or similar role.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of staff and management.

Excellent problem-solving skills.

Strong experience with Agile frameworks and tools.

Proven experience with process improvement, development, documentation & diagramming.

Ability to lead and mentor more junior members of the BA team.

Capable of managing multiple priorities independently.

Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
