Responsibilities

Forge and sustain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and guiding clients through various stages of marketing activation.
Act as the central figure for clients, providing comprehensive solutions and pathways for their marketing journeys.
Ensure timely execution of marketing plans, holding both clients and the internal team accountable.
Continuously evaluate and adapt strategies to meet evolving client needs and market trends.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional campaigns and results.
Lead the strategy for influencer marketing and other channels, and proactively seek opportunities to upsell clients and expand our services.
Contribute to business development through market analysis, competitive landscape reviews, and new business pitches.
Handling client escalations and managing client NPS

Required

A passion for ecommerce and digital marketing with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
At least 3 years of proven paid media experience in managing DTC/e-commerce accounts.
Canada based (Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, Halifax) Experience working directly with C-suite and executive-level stakeholders.
Background in entrepreneurship, growth management, or senior account management roles, with a track record of driving business growth.
Strong relationship-building capabilities and stakeholder management skills.
Resilience and effectiveness under pressure.
Ability to identify and seize growth opportunities for client businesses.
Creative mindset and an eagerness to stay ahead of industry trends.
Self-motivated, ambitious, and an optimistic problem-solver.
