Responsibilities

Oversees analysis activity for teams, recommends optimum approach, provides guidance on Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) industry trends, and Business Analysis and Product Owner practices

Identifies and applies advanced elicitation and collaboration techniques with the enterprise to recommend, confirm, communicate, and manage delivered outcomes

Manages requirements life cycle by assessing and approving requirement details, traceability, prioritization, and changes to ensure alignment between enterprise needs and solutions

Identifies and applies advanced analysis and modeling techniques by recommending, specifying, verifying, and validating requirements to support enterprise strategy

Evaluates and recommends solutions by measuring and assessing limitations and effectiveness to ensure and increase delivered value

Defines or identifies operational KPIs that measure annual value realized for the business.

Analyzes strategies by identifying current and future state needs, assessing risks, and collaborating with senior leadership to recommend a change strategy and define solution scope

Guides and mentors Business Analyst community in business domain knowledge and business analysis practice

Designs & creates actionable deliverables at each stage of change. Including but limited to communication strategy, sponsor roadmaps, trainings, and resistance management plans

Communicates with internal stakeholders on change management strategy & presents on execution to stakeholders

Coordinates the organizational change efforts including the assignment of roles and responsibilities as it relates to change initiative efforts

Required

Highschool/GED

4 years of experience Transportation/Logistics

3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role

Knowledge of the techniques and the ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers

Knowledge of the activities, tasks, practices and deliverables for assessing and documenting business opportunities; ability to assess the benefits, risks, and success factors of potential applications

Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors

Ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment

Knowledge of techniques to successfully effect change in an organization and ability to manage the successful and smooth transition from current to desired culture, practices, structure, and overall organizational environment

Knowledge of technologies, techniques and practices for the evaluation of business performance data; ability to analyze business performance using advanced statistical methods to justify and drive future business planning decisions

The ability to collect, identify, analyze and interpret business data using various kinds of techniques to meet business needs and requirements

Preferred

Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration/Management, Engineering, Statistics or related field, or suitable combination of education, experience and training AND 5 years in a Business Analyst role

3 years of both Brokerage and Less-Than-Truckload ( LTL) industry experience and knowledge of best practices in LTL operations

Certified Business Analysis Thought Leader (CBATL) - International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA)

2 years of knowledge and application of Agile Framework and Agile Product Development
