Responsibilities

Serve as a key member in several working groups such as Governance, Issues, Events & Remediation, Risk ID, Assessment, Testing & Reporting, and Process Risk Reduction.

Help in identifying, assessing, mitigating, and reporting on Operational Risk to ensure the delivery of customer promise for products and services.

Strengthen the culture and discipline of operational risk management and the ability to execute risk management in all activities.

Translate operational risk strategy and appetite into execution guidelines.

Track and identify issues with Key Risk Indicator (KRI) limits and risk appetite to ensure operational risks are managed within agreed thresholds.

Facilitate the implementation of operational risk governance frameworks.

Develop, communicate, and ensure understanding and adherence to operational risk procedures and standards.

Support the operational risk exam management processes.

Required

2+ Years experience in operational risk management (e.g., within Risk and/or Internal Audit function) Understanding of critical operational risk management lifecycle activities.

Project management, communication, and interpersonal skills

Experience in process governance, with an understanding of processes that align with policies, regulatory frameworks, and/or operational standards.

Sound analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to analyze data, identify trends, and evaluate risk scenarios effectively.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Business, Risk Mgmt, or related field.

Experience in at least one of the following: Translating operational risk strategy and appetite into execution guidelines, Tracking and identifying issues with Key Risk Indicator (KRI) limits and risk appetite to ensure operational risks are managed within agreed thresholds, Facilitating the implementation of the operational risk governance frameworks, Developing, communicating, and ensuring understanding and adherence to operational risk procedures and standards, Supporting the operational risk exam management processes
