Responsibilities
Work directly with finance director to ensure accurate and timely financial analysis
Support budgeting, month-end close, and variance analysis processes
Manage Monthly Operations Report (MOR) and Action OI data gathering and reporting
Provide financial support to departmental leadership
Assist with financial analysis for new projects and conduct ad hoc analysis
Understand operations and financial function like reimbursement and cost processes
Maintain knowledge of subsystems for timely and accurate information

Required
5+ years of Accounting/Finance-Accounting and Financial Reporting and Information Technology or 3 years of direct experience within the healthcare space
Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or related fields
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial analysis reporting
Report Writing and Information Technology
Understanding of healthcare finance, reimbursement processes, and regulatory requirements is a plus
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare or a related field, Master's Degree Preferred
