Responsibilities

Strategize, collaborate, prioritize, and execute multiple major projects/programs related to strategic priorities within the banner and cross-functional teams.

Develop, present, and maintain strategic plans in partnership with Banner Leadership to achieve KPI goals and objectives.

Maintain focus on key business KPIs, recommend changes to strategy, and synthesize tactics into actionable banner campaigns.

Lead and support the banner to accomplish department and banner objectives through managing the Banner Operations Team.

Develop and present business cases and opportunities to stakeholders, executive leadership, and colleagues.
