Responsibilities
Setup DEV environment with connection to SQL Server DEV environment.
Analyze and implement business requirements.
Develop a Canvas App for internal project tracking.
Create external websites or applications using Power Pages.
Develop automated processes/components using Power Automate.
Develop a front-end Customer Relationship Management Portal connecting to Active Directory and various databases.
Integrate Canvas App, Power Pages, and Power Automate with SQL Server database and Azure Active Directory.
Collaborate with developers to improve applications and establish best practices.
Provide knowledge transfer and mentoring to team members.

Required
3+ years of experience in Microsoft PowerApps development (Infopath experience substitutes for one year).
3+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Automate development (Flow experience substitutes for one year).
1+ year of experience as a Microsoft Power Pages Developer.
Experience working with Microsoft Premium Connectors to external databases.
Proven track record with at least two engagements lasting more than six months in a PowerApps Developer role.
Expertise in designing and developing complex model-driven and canvas apps using advanced techniques.
Experience with Power Apps component framework (PCF) for building reusable UI components.
Proficiency in integrating Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages with other Microsoft products like SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Azure, and Teams.
Strong skills in designing and developing complex Power Pages websites using advanced techniques.
Familiarity with Power Pages features such as prebuilt templates, role-based access control, and content delivery network support.
Experience mentoring other developers on Power Automate and PowerApps or new programming languages/frameworks.
2+ years of experience in JAVA, .NET, or C# development.
