Responsibilities

Perform in-depth financial analysis, reporting, and metrics tracking for purposes of providing insights
Analyze past results, perform variance analysis; identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
Identify and drive process improvements, including creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools and dashboards
Increases productivity by developing automated reporting/budgeting tools

Required

3+ years of relevant, Finance / FP&A, experience required
Expertise in MS Excel (Index-Match, Sum-If, Indirect, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), proven experience manipulating large sets of data efficiently
Expert at Analysis: Shows strong history of analyzing data to propose changes which drives positive financial results
Excellent critical thinking and presentation skills; proven ability to dissect problems and develop/communicate solutions clearly, concisely and completely
Outstanding interpersonal and customer service abilities with strong experience interacting with and presenting to senior executives; exceptional communication (verbal and written) skills required
Background in Finance: History of utilizing financial measures/metrics showing ability to optimize the business; expertise in manipulating data through software and applications

Preferred

SQL, Macros, VBA
Familiarity with Microstrategy, Tableau, Power BI, Oracle
Personality and Interpersonal Skills:

Self-motivated, must have a rigorous work ethic
Strong business acumen
Ability to manage competing priorities
Strong comfort dealing with data which is ambiguous and/or requires a heavy manual lift
