Responsibilities

Independently manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple executive-level enterprise programs

Develop project deliverables including project plans, schedules, and status reports

Prepare program documents including program roadmaps, plan, scope, schedules and established program governance

Implement engagement review and quality assurance procedures and participate in the creation/execution of project work plans to ensure successful execution of programs as measured by goals and customer satisfaction

Minimize our exposure and risk across multiple projects. Conduct risk monitoring and controls during a project's duration to ensure the ability to achieve expected outcomes, on time and in budget

Enforce standard policies and procedures

Act as a thought partner with program stakeholders across business units

Work collaboratively with stakeholders to prioritize and find mutually beneficial outcomes for the business

Required

7+ years working independently to deliver enterprise technology projects within complex organizations

Experience managing executive stakeholders

Ability to anticipate and address issues openly and quickly

Ensure that sensitive information is always tactfully communicated

Passion, perspective, and empathy for unblocking business, product & engineering teams working to achieve their goals

Ability to provide executive level communication of program and project status to team and business owners; ensuring stakeholders understand risks, issues and activities related to the program
