Responsibilities
Work with our clients to create and implement campaigns
Develop campaign calendars on a weekly basis
Monitor marketing analytics
Create reports for clients
Build relationships with clients based on trust and respect
Communicate with clients both verbally and in writing
Display empathy and emotional intelligence
Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment
Keep documentation of sessions and any client processes

Required
3+ years experience in account management
Extremely detail oriented
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, Asana, Lucid Chart, Google Analytics and Facebook Insights, and etc.
Ability to multitask, solve problems, and think strategically
Marketing: minimum of 1 year (Required)
Account Management: minimum of 3 years (Required)
