Responsibilities

Contribute to the overall architecture and design of the cloud network infrastructure including intra-DC, inter-DC, Corp IT, and Internet connectivity.

Implement, manage and troubleshoot entire network stacks.

Contribute to the automation of network infrastructure end-to-end including provisioning, management, and monitoring.

Design, build, deploy, and operate/maintain large-scale IP Networking Technologies and protocols such as: MP-BGP, OSPF, ISIS, VRF, VxLAN, EVPN, QoS, GRE, IPSEC, DNS, MACsec.

Utilize expertise in Peering and Datacenter interconnect technologies: PNI, Transit, Exchange, Passive DWDM, Wave circuits.

Design and implement networks at scale, such as automated deployments (e.g., ZTP).

Required

5+ years of a demonstrated ability in networking, especially experience in Arista switches

MS or BS Degree or equivalent experience

Ability to write and understand Python/Shell scripts and programs for automation, tools, frameworks, dashboards, alarms

Familiarity with Arista, Cumulus OS, Fortinet OS, Juniper, and Cisco

Working with network virtualization such as: VRFs, VXLAN

Expert in the field of networking, especially in underlay network

Strong track record of implementing network services in a variety of distributed computing environments

Hands-on experience with high performance network and network optimization in highly-available, large-scale, multisite, international environments

Hands-on background with building tooling and automation for provisioning, monitoring, and managing the network infrastructure

Great communication and presentation skills

Preferred

You have architected, built, and deployed a network for a large scale (1000s of machines) in the past, used by 1000s of people

Familiar with designing, building, and maintaining within CSP environments, POPs, and large scale WANs

Passionate about innovating and investing in ground breaking technologies
