Responsibilities

Help with developing a common testing methodology and framework for large projects and the S/4 program.

Manage testing for large SAP implementations within the portfolio.

Create and maintain test automations.

Understand NBCU business processes requirements and engage with business partners.

Facilitate business requirement definition sessions and build testing strategies.

Ensure agreement on testing processes between IT and business users.

Perform fit-gap analysis and determine optimal testing strategies.

Review, participate, and lead test activities on SAP projects.

Collaborate with peers to develop testing scenarios between applications.

Perform data analysis tasks for testing optimization.

Analyze and ensure script data accuracy and prompt error follow-up.

Deliver high customer service and maintain continuous communication.

Collaborate with Business and IT teams to bridge gaps and recommend mitigation strategies.

Work off business hours and weekends as needed.

Communicate effectively at all levels and tailor messages for desired results.

Be detail-oriented, a self-starter, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Required

Bachelors or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting or Business from an accredited institution or equivalent

5+ years of experience with managing testing for large SAP initiatives and/or progressive test automation hands-on experience as Analyst and/or Senior Analyst level

Experience with Worksoft tools such as Certify, Capture, EM/CTM, uPerform

Experience with HPALM

Worked in a consultative and/or IT capacity with at least 5 SAP project implementations of high complexity, large scale and global user base

Basic Knowledge of SAP modules and integrations

Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio)

Demonstrate excellent verbal/presentation and written communication skills

Possess interpersonal skills to engage with all levels of Business and IT

Self-starter to work on multiple projects simultaneously with a keen desire to learn and expand depth of knowledge

Exhibit collaboration and teamwork skills

Adherence to IT/SAP project methodologies, and change control processes

Willingness to work off business hours and weekends as needed in a demanding environment

Strong / effective influencing skills

Strong / effective problem-solving skills

Conceptual to detailed thinking skills

Deep understanding of data handling between automation and application

The ability to harden automation test scripts to maximize repeatability and minimize maintenance
