Responsibilities
Responsible for developing cell-based assays and establishing stable cell lines, including designing experiments, constructing vectors, selecting clones, and conducting functional tests. Also, participate in other product development projects and supervise research associates.

Required
Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Cellular Biology, Biology or related field with hands-on experiences
Excellent experience in culturing many different cell lines including suspension cells and methods for gene delivery, such as transfection
Molecular biology skills (cloning, protein expression, qPCR, Western blotting and Northern Blotting)
Self-motivated and creativity in developing new technologies
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Preferred
Strong and broad knowledge and experience in signal transduction pathways
