Responsibilities

Responsible for ownership of manufacturing activities related to both production for external clients and establishment of internal processes

Supports design reviews, qualifying accuracy and integrity of produced parts--able to 'print read'

Estimates manufacturing cost using time standards and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of various product lines

Executes engineering change process and change controls, supports continuous improvement

Supervises vendors for qualification functions, performs in-house IQ/OQ/PQ

Required

5-7+ years experience with metal processing--precision cutting, machining, bending, welding cleaning

Experience with CAD/CAM software, CNC programming

Excellent understanding of cGXP requirements and good documentation practices relating to systems, equipment and instrumentation

Project experience and project completion mindset
