Responsibilities
Create new industry standards for brand experience design and redefine the traditional brand-agency partnership by leveraging expertise in emerging technology.
Lead and mentor creatives, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
Work closely with senior business leaders to shape growth strategies for creative services.
Oversee the creation of impactful, differentiated, and high-quality digital work.
Develop internal processes to enhance workflow efficiency, creativity, and team collaboration.
Represent Media.Monks at public events, awards, and industry activities to maintain a strong presence and reputation.

Required
Extensive experience in a creative leadership role within at least 1 top-tier agency. Typically 13-15 years of creative experience, 3-4 years of experience at the Group Creative Director level, and 5- 7 years as a Creative Director in an advertising agency.
Possess a robust portfolio that showcases a broad spectrum of creative work, including successful and award-winning campaigns that deliver innovative and impactful creative solutions.
Demonstrate proven thought leadership and visionary capabilities in brand strategy, effectively balancing vision, creativity, and business outcomes.
Exhibit outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, inspiring and motivating a diverse team.
Deep understanding of brand, digital, and the latest creative and tech trends that leverage data and insights to identify unique opportunities.
Contribute constructively to discussions throughout the creative process, from concept to production, with clear, focused thinking.
Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple projects concurrently.
Automotive and production experience is highly desired.
Self-motivated, resilient and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
A strong desire to build and develop diverse teams and diverse perspectives, empowering the voices that are both close and abroad, while many of the teams work remotely.
Highly creative and imaginative with a strong visual and design aesthetic.
Strategic thinker with the ability to connect creative ideas with business objectives.
Capability to lead fast-paced projects and drive complex opportunities to perfection, with an eye for both strategic and creative excellence.

Automotive and production experience is highly desired.
