Responsibilities

Gather and review monthly metric data and report out on trends, anomalies and outliers

Develop processes to continually improve data gathering and analytic techniques

Perform quality assurance checks on reports to ensure accuracy and consistency in data reported out to stakeholders

Develop standard reporting tools to provide visibility into Payor performance guarantees

Collaborate closely with teammates across lanes (e.g., reporting, account management, leadership) to identify process improvement opportunities

Support the development of a sustainable long-term performance management system

Synthesize findings and use trends to drive higher level discussions around the future of the value-based care programs

Required

1-3 years of experience in data analysis

Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and strong proficiency in other Microsoft applications

Proactive and service-oriented; high concern for accuracy and completeness.

Passion for all things data – storage, cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing.

Demonstrated ability to deliver the “so what” in analytical findings to drive higher level conversations
