Responsibilities

Evaluate current and future training needs for technician personnel

Mentor, train, and onboard new and existing employees

Coordinate with vendors for advanced troubleshooting

Assist with a weekly department-wide publication

Conduct time studies and research repair times

Answer calls and emails to assist maintenance technicians

Teach and assist field technicians with technical diagnostic equipment

Develop scripts and deliver technical troubleshooting training videos

Review and adjust manufacturer's technical repair instructions

Create, communicate, and monitor equipment repair campaigns

Maintain advanced knowledge and skills in all technical aspects of repairing and troubleshooting equipment

Attend courses to learn new technologies or changing maintenance procedures
