Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of the building
Interview and assess candidates for housing
Plan and coordinate building team meetings
Conduct quarterly customer satisfaction surveys
Coordinate resident move-in and move-out
Order supplies and liaise with vendors
Ensure maintenance and facilities management duties are performed
Coordinate community house meetings
Assist in walk-throughs and room inspections
Maintain professional documentation for compliance
Supervise department staffing levels and assess new hires
Contribute to department budget development
Provide direction and guidance to staff members
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
Assist staff with work processes and policies

Required
HS/GED
3-5 yrs. property management experience
previous supervisory experience
CPR/First-Aid certification
Knowledge of property management and building systems
Problem solving skills
Organized with an attention to detail
Project Management and Customer Service skills
Ability to manage and oversee operational budgets
Supervisory and leadership skills
Proficient with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Flexibility and Time management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
