Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of 500+ customers through proactive outreach, regular check-ins, and personalized communication.
Understand customer needs, goals, and challenges to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and webinars to educate customers on GoFreight's features and functionalities.
Monitor customer usage patterns and identify areas for improvement to drive further adoption and value realization.
Proactively identify and address potential churn risks through data analysis, customer feedback, and proactive communication.
Develop and execute strategies to increase customer retention rates and expand usage of GoFreight products.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize customer lifetime value.
Collaborate closely with other CSMs in the pod to share knowledge, best practices, and resources.
Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Support, Product) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Effectively communicate customer feedback and insights to internal stakeholders to drive product improvements and innovation.

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
1-3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for helping customers succeed.

Preferred

Experience with Hubspot and collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack) preferred.
Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is a plus.
Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
