Associate Product Manager

Responsibilities
Work closely with Product Managers to learn strategic product development and increase profitability of existing products.
Coordinate activities for product marketing, including research, analysis, and forecasting.
Develop manufacturer relationships, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance with contract terms.
Collaborate with operational teams to implement and manage initiatives.
Align product launch activities with marketing initiatives and provide necessary technical expertise to sales and customer service teams.
Inform purchasing department of requirements and deliver revenue and purchasing forecasts.
Specify market requirements for current and future products through market research.
Review product data and address product-related inquiries and issues.
Continuously improve processes, service quality, and employee relations.
Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events as required.
Comply with company policies, regulations, and laws.
Other duties as assigned.

Required
Minimum one (1) year experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must have strong analytical skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
Must have excellent excel skills including the ability to use pivot tables, perform averages, weighted averages, calculate profit margins, or demonstrate the competency to learn.
Must be creative and innovative in problem solving and the formulation of solutions.
Must be a person who is able to effectively work on several simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrate great initiative and motivation in approaching their workload and enthusiasm to learn new interpersonal and analytical skills.
Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate with team members at every level.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
