Responsibilities
Advise the customer on all aspects of spacecraft launch including requirements development, contract management, risk trades, spacecraft shipment, launch base processing, Launch Vehicle integration including Leading Edge Integration if necessary, OSL and launch base support, integrated scheduling, rehearsal planning, Day Of Launch (DOL) planning, and coordination with TIP 1.0 teams
Develop requirements and contract language for all aspects of launch integration and operations for new spacecraft programs
Work closely with NRO/OSL and contractor LSIC on launch planning and execution
Train SPO launch team for DOL
Monitor launch planning and execution and create reports as needed for customer leadership
Identify issues and potential issues to customer and recommend solutions

Required
Active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph
Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or significant mission experience with 18 years of experience; Masters with 16 years of experience; or PhD with 15 years of experience.
Excellent Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills
Basic understanding of DOD/IC satellite systems and architectures
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Available to travel domestically
