Responsibilities

Collaborate with management and other departments to assist in the development and execution of marketing initiatives

Develop marketing materials for firm-related events

Collaborate with media organizations and advertising agencies

Manage the firm's online presence including the website, online directories, and social media profiles

Create content for the firm website and social media platforms

Implement and monitor current marketing campaigns to ensure objectives are met

Develop brand marketing and exposure plans

Identify new marketing opportunities

Research industry trends for marketing initiatives

Plan and implement firm events, both in-person and web-based

Coordinate post-event activities and client communications

Prepare reports to evaluate marketing effectiveness

Maintain brand guidelines and messaging across all marketing materials and channels

Assist in managing media relations, press releases, and speaking engagements

Develop and manage the marketing budget

Required

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

7+ years of Marketing experience in the professional services industry (preferred)

Knowledge of marketing-related business practices, including advertising, market research, technology, and budgeting

Proficient with marketing-related software to assist in the creation of marketing collateral

Familiarity with digital marketing tools, platforms, and channels

Time management and organization skills for planning and executing both large and small marketing projects and initiatives

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Goal-oriented and proactive

Basic understanding of website management and content management systems
