Responsibilities

Product Concept Definition: Actively participates in product concept definition along with the customers and all other stakeholders.

Requirements Analysis And Evaluation: Analyze and assess system requirements, constraints, and provide a basis for verifying that each system requirement can be satisfied.

Product Design: Review initial solutions, understand customer-specific processes, evaluate technology alternatives, recommend solutions, resolve issues, guide the team, review architecture design, and develop proof of concept.

Implementation: Define & identify standards, familiarize the team with development environment and coding standards, review code, develop core modules, contribute towards framework, write efficient queries, troubleshoot technical issues, handle escalations, track task status, conduct technical review, and create quality check points.

Safety Programming: Perform Criticality Analysis, Hazard Analysis, Safety Analysis, Security Analysis, and Risk Analysis for the system being developed.

Process Improvements: Generate ideas, adhere to processes and tools, create proposals for improvement, and present to clients.

Knowledge Management: Update knowledge assets, contribute to repository, write White Papers, file for Patents, participate in Technical forums, Webinars, and train team members.

People Management: Support managers in identifying the right associates, identify risks/issues within the team, and discuss with Project Managers.

Required

Engineering degree with specific specialization

Experience in product concept definition

Experience in requirements analysis and evaluation

Experience in product design for complex engagements

Ability to provide solutions for complex engineering problems

Experience in technology architecture for complex applications

Experience in implementation including defining standards, code review, troubleshooting, and task tracking

Experience in safety programming including criticality analysis, hazard analysis, and risk analysis

Experience in process improvements and adherence to quality management systems

Knowledge management skills including updating knowledge assets, contributing to white papers, and training team members

People management skills

Preferred

Experience with Dynamics AX

Experience with GRPC

Experience with GoLang

Experience with provisioning billing systems
