Responsibilities
Work with multiple teams to develop a project plan and timeline
Coordinate and communicate across various verticals for deliverables
Create and maintain budgets
Accurately forecast spend (actuals and estimations) on monthly, quarterly, and project basis
Lead team in a very dynamic environment
Communicate clearly with stakeholders through both verbal and written mediums
Evaluate and report clearly on project status, risks, financials, and upcoming/past events
Monitor and assess project deliverables to ensure delivery
Appropriately assign tasks and responsibilities

Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology related field preferred
3 years of Project Management experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Ability to lead meetings including remote users through tools such as Teams, Webex, Zoom or in person
Excellent verbal and written abilities
Flexibility to travel and work in global industry
Ability to speak in front of large groups of people including business partners, stakeholders, project team members, end users and both technical and non-technical teams
Excellent organization skills
Adept at quickly assessing situations and providing guidance relevant to the situation
Understanding of project guidelines and when to escalate to management
Able to travel - 50% or more will be required
Preferred
Ability to prioritize work
Ability to step into situations and supply necessary guidance where appropriate
Previous travel experience with a team
Ability to work in a team environment and promote teamwork
Ability to multi-task
Ability to work on multiple large projects simultaneously
Ability to see big picture and think ahead (be proactive) to progress project/portfolio
Previous work experience with large, complex projects and systems
