Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of advanced React applications, ensuring performance, quality, and responsiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Maintain and enforce best practices in software architecture and design.

Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment and maintenance.
Stay abreast of emerging trends in front-end development and react ecosystem, incorporating new ideas into projects.

Required

10+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on front-end technologies.
Extensive experience with React.js and a proven track record of building large-scale applications.
Proficient in modern front-end languages, libraries, and rendering techniques (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js).
Deep understanding of state management libraries (such as Redux or MobX).
Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and experience interfacing with backend systems.
Familiarity with code versioning tools, such as Git.
Leadership experience and strong teaming abilities.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
