Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for payors, representing the Data Implementation team and fostering strong relationships.
Act as the steward of the 'new payor' implementation experience, focusing on data aspects for a frictionless integration.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of data to guarantee uninterrupted business processes dependent on payor data.
Coordinate requests for additional data from payors and involve necessary personnel to clarify requirements.
Track and communicate the progress of data implementation with payors in a clear and structured approach.
Offer visibility into claims ingestion process for business stakeholders and consumers, keeping them informed and engaged.
Develop stringent data specifications and SLAs to manage payor data processes effectively.

Required
3+ years of experience in Project Management / Implementation
3+ years of experience working with healthcare payors on data integration / data implementation projects
3+ years of experience working with payor insurance products, ideally from the perspective of 'understanding the patient population within a given insurance product'
Experience developing within a Business Intelligence Platform like Looker, Tableau or Power BI (extra points for using Quicksight)
Experience working at a Value-Based Care company
Experience working at health-tech startups
Strong communication skills, verbal and written, with demonstrated experience in facilitating communication between technical and non-technical users
Strong organization and documentation skills, with demonstrated experience in creating well-documented and adhered-to processes
Basic knowledge of SQL, DDL and DML
