Responsibilities

Conduct research experiments and analyze data to determine the properties and performance of polymer materials.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new formulations and optimize existing ones.

Assist in the design and implementation of experiments to evaluate the efficacy and safety of polymer materials.

Develop technical reports and presentations to effectively communicate research findings to relevant individuals or groups.

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Proven experience in polymer materials research, including hands-on laboratory work.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.

Meticulous and capable of closely following research protocols and safety guidelines.
