Responsibilities
Define Quality Processes: Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance processes and best practices.
Identify Gaps and Opportunities: Conduct assessments of current testing procedures to enhance overall quality and efficiency.
Automation Opportunities: Evaluate testing procedures and integrate automation for efficiency and accuracy.
Automation Implementation: Design, develop, and implement automation frameworks to support continuous integration and delivery.
Process Improvement: Monitor quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to embed quality throughout the product lifecycle.
Training and Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to promote best practices.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with industry trends in quality engineering and automation.

Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality engineering, with a focus on process definition, gap analysis, and automation
Proficiency in automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG)
Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or similar
Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab)
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Leadership skills with a proven track record of mentoring and guiding teams
Preferred
Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB, Certified Software Quality Engineer) are a plus
