Responsibilities

The Analytics Manager (OSG) will collaborate with various teams to enhance data strategy in support of enterprise goals.

Develop and deploy reporting for Operating Room, ER, Anesthesia, Case Management, and Labor to enable self-service analytics through technology implementation.

Provide subject matter expertise in technology areas like Analysis Services Tabular, PowerBI, SQL, SSIS, etc.

Leverage Enterprise Data Warehouse and various data marts to navigate subject areas and interface with cross-functional teams.

Maximize OSG server capabilities for data consistency and integration to support business needs.

Establish a department-wide architecture and decision-support tools providing easy access to insights.

Pioneer and deploy new applications in PowerBI to meet leadership needs across departments.

Manage multiple enterprise-wide applications with over 750 end users.

Provide Adhoc analytics on demand, and as needed.

Perform other related duties and support as assigned.

Required

Bachelor’s Degree Required

SQL Server 70-461 Certified Preferred

SSIS experience is required

Experience performing in stressful and time-sensitive environments

Experience managing multiple enterprise-wide applications

Experience presenting complex healthcare information to executive leadership teams

Preferred

Master’s Degree Preferred

5+ Years of Healthcare Experience Preferred

Alteryx, Snowflake, Pyramid and/or Databricks is a plus
