Responsibilities
Provide elevated customer service
Greet clients as they enter the store
Develop and maintain product and company knowledge to share with clients
Ensure that sales floor meets company’s high visual merchandising standards
Assist with wrapping client purchases
Execute all store operations, policies, and procedures in accordance with inventory management
Ad hoc duties as needed and assigned

Required
1+ years of retail, customer service, or operations support experience preferred
Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in fashion a plus
Strong communication skills
Basic computer skills
Ability to lift up to 50lbs. and stand for duration of shift
