Responsibilities

Conduct detailed data analysis and business process reviews
Support senior analysts and project teams
Perform basic troubleshooting and problem-solving
Develop and document detailed business requirements and specifications
Collaborate and maintain high levels of follow-up communication with stakeholders to identify and define business needs, ensuring their expectations are met
Coordinate and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet business requirements
Provide recommendations for process improvements

Required

Mid-level position with typically 2-5 years of experience in the field
Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools
Proficiency in advanced data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI)
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to take initiative
Candidates must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship
Candidates must reside within the DFW Metroplex or be willing to relocate at their own expense prior to starting the position
