Responsibilities
Program in scripting languages such as Python, Azure CLI, or PowerShell.
Utilize Azure, Equinix network, Akamai CDN, Azure Gateway, and infrastructure monitoring tools like Zabbix and Prometheus.
Administer RHE systems, work with observability tools like New Relic, and manage databases like MongoDB, Oracle, Couchbase, Redis, and MySQL.
Implement frameworks like Dust/Angular, Nodejs, Spring Boot, and manage log analytics tools like Splunk, ELK/Elastic.
Deploy CI/CD tools such as Puppet, Jenkins, Terraform, or Ansible and work with DEM tools like Fullstory.
Possess good attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Learn new technologies and methodologies, develop solutions independently, manage time effectively, and communicate efficiently.

Required
7 years of programing in one or more scripting languages (Python, Azure CLI, or PowerShell)
5 years of experience in an enterprise SRE role for a larger national corporation - ecommerce focus preferred
5 years of experience in Azure (highly preferred) or other cloud providers
5 years of experience in Equinix network, Akamai CDN and Azure Gateway
5 years of experience in infrastructure monitoring tools like Zabbix, and Prometheus
5 years of experience in RHE systems administration
3 years of experience in observability best practices working with New Relic or similar tools
3 years of experience in databases like MongoDB, Oracle, Couchbase, Redis, MySQL
3 years of experience in frameworks such as Dust/Angular, Nodejs, Spring Boot
3 years of experience in log analytics like Splunk, ELK/Elastic
3 years of experience in DEM tool like Fullstory
3 years of experience in CI/CD tools such as Puppet, Jenkins, Terraform or Ansible
BS in Computer Science or a related field
Good with Excel and Google Sheets and has previously used JIRA for ticket management
Good attention to detail
Excellent problem solver
Good concentration and is able to work at the computer for extended periods of time
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deliverable-focused environment
Open to learning new technologies, approaches, methodologies, and processes
Able to work on their initiative to develop solutions to various problems
Good at managing time, handling multiple tasks, and balancing competing priorities
Excellent communication skills
Preferred
Azure certification as a Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer preferred
Experience with configuring, deploying, and administering infrastructure and application monitoring tools that assist in troubleshooting performance and stability issues in a cloud environment
Experience with ITIL and ITSM methodology
Experience with DevOps methodology
Ability to work in a remote environment
Great attention to detail. Has a good visual eye and can present data in a compelling way
Experience in data-driven analysis - excellent at working with, understanding, and analyzing data
Ability to handle both routine tasks and requests for new reports and different types of analysis
Hands-on experience with network diagnostics, network analytics tools
Experience with analysis tools: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Excel, Google Sheets, etc.
Great data visualization skills
Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization process
