Responsibilities
Provide data analysis using techniques to describe, predict, and make effective business decisions for the supply chain.
Develop and execute inventory control methods and reports to maintain accurate inventory levels.
Work on complex processes and organizational structures to provide process flows.
Resolve inventory, demand planning, and system integrity issues.
Analyze situations to align production, storage, and transport with demand requirements.
Communicate information across the supply chain and enterprise to align processes and practices.
Perform data analysis to report actual results against the Master Production Schedule.
Implement process improvements and standard work to enhance supply chain performance.
Support the incorporation of change and planning decisions for optimal solutions.
Verify and incorporate engineering and production schedules into supply chain operating plans.
Collaborate with supply chain business units and other functions within the value stream to achieve goals and establish standards.

Required
5+ years of experience with supply chain management or materials management
5+ years of experience with supply chain forecasting
5+ years of experience interpreting Bill of Materials
5+ years of experience with industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications and Product)
Preferred
1+ years of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management
1+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
Bachelor’s degree or higher
1+years of experience with SAP/4HANA
Experience with leading team members though Supply Chain Integrations
