Responsibilities
Experience working with Business Driven Development and writing Gherkin
Strong Domain knowledge with a background in Wealth Asset Management with exposure to Prospect Customer onboarding Client journey in the life cycle
Prior experience with Private and Commercial Banking Sales and Operations processes
Ability to engage client business leaders in consultative mode
Understanding high level client requirements and building detailed business requirements
Presales building consulting proposals to solve business problems
Documentation skills for BRD FRD and Use Cases
Hands on experience in process value streamac Client experience mapping leveraging tools such as Visioac
Analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Experience with stakeholder interviewing time studies creating detailed reports and giving presentations
Planning organizational time project management skills
Individual Contributor well versed with BA roles and responsibilities like understanding BRD FRD writing and Managing E2E implementation
Communication and Stakeholder management Skills
Knowledge of 3rd party products
Knowledge of BDD and Gherkin Syntax

Required
Min 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst BA
Experience working with Business Driven Development and writing Gherkin
