Responsibilities
Ensure team members understand business requirements and deliver quality technical solutions.
Maintain and modify programs according to specifications.
Analyze production systems, recommend enhancements, and provide instruction to support teams.
Develop functional design, technical specifications, and document programs/procedures.

Required
Must be a US Citizen to obtain required low level security clearance.
Bachelor's in a job-related field OR, 4 years job related work experience OR, Associate's and 2 years job related work experience
4 years-of application development, systems testing or other job-related experience.
Strong understanding of applications/development, quality assurance and integration methodologies, concepts and facilities in a mainframe, midrange, web, and/or PC/LAN environment.
Strong analysis, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrates logical abstract thinking and assimilating/adhering to project goals and deadlines.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Able to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
Strong knowledge of interpersonal skills/team building.
Familiar with project management concepts.
Pays attention to detail.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, clients, vendors etc.
Strong knowledge of relevant operating systems, programming languages, and development tools and their usage in the company.
Preferred
Experience with Web Service or API development and delivery.
Experience with IBM DataPower.
