Responsibilities
Inputting and processing overnight order lists, managing invoicing, and making necessary adjustments.
Preparing daily paperwork for warehouse and drivers.
Preparing invoices according to delivery routes.
Taking and inputting phone call orders.
Communicating with drivers regarding deliveries and issues with routes.
Managing incoming phone calls, ensuring efficient transfers.
Greeting and accommodating all walk-ins, including customers, candidates, and other visitors.
Coordinating receiving operations throughout the shift.
Providing support to the warehouse and transportation team and collaborating with other teams as needed.
Execute additional tasks and duties as directed by managers.

Required
Fluent in both Spanish and English
Experience in warehouse and logistics operations
Outstanding interpersonal communication, leadership, and customer service skills
Ability to make decisions, problem-solve, and prioritize tasks
Intermediate computer skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in a team environment
Knack for multitasking
Meet hiring eligibility requirements, including a background investigation and drug screen
High school diploma or GED
1 to 2 years of warehouse, logistics operations experience
