Responsibilities
Responsible for temporarily managing one or more established Harvard programs.
Forecasting revenues and expenses, creating budgets, and allocating resources.
Negotiating with external suppliers and signing contracts.
Developing and maintaining internal and external relationships.
Maintaining files, records, and digital content about the program.
Driving program success for named partner accounts.
Acting as the main point of contact for partner questions and concerns.
Contributing to the strategic direction of partner relationships.
Designing and executing personalized engagement strategies for partner satisfaction.
Monitoring partner engagement and satisfaction metrics.

3+ years of program management experience in a large scale, complex higher education or non-profit setting
