Responsibilities
Sets the technical direction for the development team and leads technical teams to design and develop business critical applications with high complexity.
Guides team members to architect, design, and develop solutions meeting both functional and non-functional requirements.
Establishes standards and best practices, mentors team members, and has in-depth domain knowledge of relevant business areas.
Communicates effectively with a broad audience, defines organizational objectives, gains consensus, and delegates assignments with accountability.
Leads project teams to achieve milestones, refactors regularly, and provides coaching to others.
Designs, builds, tailors, and implements various tools for process automation, identifies and sets up POCs, and sets standards for test design.
Provides guidance for improving tests, assesses business needs for performance testing, and manages application performance levels.
Effectively tests code against third-party software, demonstrates a detailed understanding of testing, and is regarded as a technical expert in their field.
Possesses extensive knowledge of domain, regulations, procedures, and practices, performs highly complex independent research, and leads projects and project teams.
Masters Agile development methodologies, has proficient knowledge of applicable domains, and expertise in Object-Oriented design and development.
Proficient with test-driven development, continuous integration deployment, and database or content management system query, design, and development.
Highly specialized in Java, Angular, AWS Technology Stack, front-end programming technologies, and frameworks.
