Conducting Social Impact research to drive positive change and managing nonprofit partnerships.
Supporting Environmental Stewardship initiatives, including greenhouse gas emissions reporting.
Educating associates about Capital Group's SSR programs and fostering a culture of social responsibility.

Required
Bachelor's degree or work experience related to sustainability, nonprofits, corporate citizenship, philanthropic giving, or related fields
Passion for community engagement through demonstrated involvement with charitable giving, economic inclusion and/or environmental sustainability
Ability to operate with discretion particularly related to management of sensitive data
Detail-oriented with consistent and dependable accuracy
Ability to create and maintain meaningful relationships
Strong project management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members
Good judgment and ability to manage competing priorities
Comfortable with managing change and priorities shifting
