Responsibilities
Prioritize and communicate the Access team roadmap, working with cross-functional teams to launch new clients and improve transparency and growth.
Lead end-to-end product development, from ideation to launch, ensuring quality and execution.
Craft new product concepts, validate continuously, and seek feedback from clients.
Manage contract and billing infrastructure, including multi-channel partners and billing models.
Enable performance tracking by establishing KPIs and metrics to measure product performance.
Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and provide insights to inform product decisions.

Required
Minimum of 3+ years leading product management, consulting, or technical program management for healthcare enterprise products, ideally with experience working with or for healthcare provider organizations
Proven track record and genuine interest in excelling in technically complex product environments in close partnership with the engineering team
Demonstrated experience deploying a systematic approach to project management and solutioning
Exceptional skills in collaboration with internal and external teams and partners
Outstanding written and verbal communication to influence and inspire teammates at all levels of the company
