Responsibilities
Assist in the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns aligned with strategic business themes and objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign implementation and delivery.
Support regional marketing teams in adapting global campaign strategies to local market needs.
Contribute to campaign analysis and optimization efforts to maximize performance and ROI.
Aid in the planning and coordination of marketing campaigns, including scheduling, asset management, and logistics.
Assist in the development of campaign briefs, creative assets, and messaging in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
Monitor campaign performance metrics and compile reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Support digital marketing efforts, including social media content creation, email marketing, and website updates.
Assist in organizing and coordinating events, trade shows, and showroom activities to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Collaborate with Campaign Managers to ensure brand consistency and messaging across all marketing materials.
Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform campaign strategies.
Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
2+ years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or related field
Experience with digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and website management
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
Preferred
Experience in international marketing or working with global teams
Knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities
Experience with event planning and coordination
Familiarity with campaign analysis and optimization techniques
Previous experience in the kitchen and bath industry
Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Certifications in marketing or related areas
