Responsibilities

Resolve backorders and publish resolution on a timely basis

Review pending/requested orders on a timely basis

Allocate/transfer sufficient product to process justified orders and prevent backorders

Bring forward supply issues

Use tools like Excel, Power BI, and web applications to plan and manage inventory effectively

Recommend orders and analyze forecasts, sales, and disposition of requested orders

Analyze and address forecast issues

Work with Production on warehouse shipments and future product allocation

Balance warehouse inventory and make transfer recommendations

Track and ensure sufficient inventory for approved initiatives

Collaborate with accounts and warehousing on upcoming initiatives and timing for demand planning

Ensure demand plan appropriateness and accuracy

Perform analysis as needed and ensure approved AR loads support inventory planning activities

Maintain data about relevant business processes for inventory planning support

Perform other duties as assigned
