Responsibilities

Develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality business and technical solutions on Salesforce
Administer objectives, goals, and performance standards for Salesforce Administrators
Maintain, enhance, and create workflows, process builder flows, and other functions within Salesforce
Provide metrics, data analytics, and visualizations for critical business decisions
Support custom applications and 3rd party integrations with Salesforce

Required

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field
5+ years’ experience providing administration services in a complex Salesforce environment
Experience with DocuSign CLM, Qualtrics, Tableau, and Kugamon
Strong communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and analytical skills
Experience with implementing custom Salesforce Objects

Preferred

Experience in a technology company
Proficiency with Salesforce administration, engineering, workflow building, and reporting
Experience with Agile methodologies
Ability to manipulate large data sets using Data Loader
Experience with Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) applications
