Responsibilities

Project management for the roll-out of Ambulatory Care Excellence and other Process Improvement initiatives.

Planning and managing core Experience programs like peer-to-peer coaching and How Optum Cares.

Program management of regional engagement with California clinics through data analysis and communication.

Generating key insights and solutions via data analysis, scoping metrics, and summarizing outcomes.

Collaborating with stakeholders, ensuring quality standards, and driving projects to completion.

Adhering to UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy for remote work.

Required

3+ years of experience in health care, corporate strategy or related field

Solid overall athlete who is adaptable with the ability to effectively coordinate multiple projects within a matrixed organization

Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills

High-level of attention to detail and accuracy

Solid sense of accountability, passion for owning projects and driving them to completion

Effective written and verbal communicator

Solid sense of self and social awareness with relationship management skills

Team player excited to contribute to the overall culture and collaborate with others in the immediate team and across functions
